Registration Fees

HEPA is a not-for-profit Association, and the registration fee is used to cover the event costs.

The standard price is SGD650 (Singapore Dollars: Six Hundred and Fifty) for the two-day event.

Registration Deadline: 16 February 2025

Refund and Cancellation Policies

  • Before 16 February 2025: 90% refund
  • From 17 February 2025 to 9 March 2025 : 50% refund
  • After 9 March 2025: No refund

Request for Documents for VISA

The visa support system is aimed for the convenience of the visa application procedure for the conference participants and the accompanying persons.

  1. Before your request or inquiry, you need to complete online registration, payment and book your air ticket and accommodation.
  2. Please send an email with your name and organization to the following e-mail address: contact@confaid.com （Secretariat: KUWON Inc.）
  3. Cost of VISA Support: 13,000 JPY / person

Please kindly noted that we cannot guarantee that the documents we issue will allow you to travel.
